In some respects I not suprize to see it happen.  Though the
requirement was a little much for a lunar craft.  Bit suprized they
dropped the requirement for unpressurized payload deliverly to ISS, but
it didn't say anything about deleting the ablity for pressurized

Space Review has had a two part article on using Medium lift to use EOR
to assemble a Lunar or Mars mission.  And I was wondering if it was
possible to design the TLI or TMI stage to be made up of multiple
smaller stages that fire and drop off as you go.  Instead of trying to

While I could try to continue to convince every one here that funding
the space station may not have been the best approach until I am blue
