This topic of RELOCATING ISS to the moon/Earth L1 (mutual

Hitting a bullet with a bullet amazingly worked in some of the recent
anti-missle tests.  But, I just can't seeing the military depending on this
"mass impact direct-hit" mode of interception in the real world.
Do you suppose that the tests were done with inert warheads just as a

Martian Quarantine Facility06 Dec 2004 08:53 GMT15
Has anyone seen a press release regarding JSC starting construction of the
$4M Martian crew quarantine facility? With all the silliness in the paper

this up that JSC is ahead of the game.
