Minutes after Fincke stepped outside, Moscow ground controllers asked him to
get back in, due to unusual O2 consumption. They spent about an hour in the
airlock trying to fix the problem.
As I type this, they are about to re-open the hatch between Pirs and the station.

The space station arm is eventually going to be outfitted with a fancy hand
that should be able to replace electronic modules on the outside of the
station without requiring an EVA.

at 11 AM EDT and repeated 2 or three times later in the day.
