"crew time". Is there a standard dollar rate for, say,

I remember once seeing Mir being trailed by a Progress/Soyuz spacecraft.
Tonight ISS will be visible again for me, and I wonder where the Progress
supplyship is currently. Since it will dock ISS tomorrow, should it already
be "close" to ISS (like seeing booth craft at the same time ...
