Actually, I'm still trying to figure out the fact that this effect occurs
but cannot  transfer information. If it cannot transfer information, then
how do they know it exists in the first place?

So how scripted is this sort of thing I wonder..Can you imagine what might
happen, for example if someone asked him, so, what is the long term goal for
American manned space flight?
