I notice in the sci.space.news group that one of the private partners has effectively been sacked for the private vehicle to the iss project. (Did it have a name) So, is the company now duty bound to give the work in progress to Nasa as its spent 31 mil?

How much if any can the ISS change it's position or alter it's orbit. I think/know it can be boosted to a higher orbit, but can it be changed to a different orbit from side to side? Sorry if this is a dumb question. alien

I don't see how this can possibly work. Of course it would work on a small one, but anything bigger than say, 150 foot across would have the teher so elastic that I doubt it could be of much use. My feeling is that some form of gyro stabilisation would be needed for the
