With no fanfare whatsoever, STS-116 is expected to be the 75th and final space shuttle launch (and the 80th launch of all vehicle types) from Kennedy Space Center Launch Complex 39B. Five Saturns (one Saturn V and four Saturn IBs) also flew from 39B during the 1970s.

After the planned hold at 9 minuttes, is it correct that the clock can be stoppet at any time as long as the stop (even if it is 2 or 3 stops after 9 minutes) is not longer than the lunch window? Is 5 minuttes any "planned" time to hold if any problems, or could this be 5
