Am I the only one puzzled by the fact that NASA hasn't yet announced a
launch date for STS114 and still uses a very big launch window measured
in weeks ?
Is this some form of anti-terrorist measure where the launch date not be

I am trying to locate an astrodynamics  book title. The following passages
were in the  Introduction

This is the photograph of the Columbia entry fireball that was talked about,
but as far as I know never released, in the months after the disaster.

asking if anyone was available to volunteer at the AF museum.  At the time,
I lived up north and was working at Goddard.  I'm now living here on the

So much for O'Keefe's departure bringing some hope for those who wanted
to see a Shuttle-based HST servicing mission. Some notes...

complex and different hardware to dock, when the Progress seems quite safe
using the existing technology?
