I just found out that one of my uncles died early this morning of a cranial
contusion (.38 caliber variety).
Guy was in poor health and had been drinking himself blind the last couple
years, but he had an awful lot to live for: two sons with grandchildren, his

Lets say theres a problem on reentry, where the landing gear may not deploy:(
For safety the crew is ordered to bailout, but what happens to the vehicle?
They arent sure if it can land safely. At last reports here it could land
automatically except for the gear down command.
