Seth Shostak muses over a fourth-rate burger: http://www.seti.org/site/apps/nl/content2.asp?c=ktJ2J9MMIsE&b=194993&ct=3300521 Sounds very wasteful to me. Why would a Type II civilization expend so much energy just to contact a lowly Type I civilization like us?

| BOINC on Linux Qs | 16 Dec 2006 16:43 GMT | 2 |

| Search for ETI objects | 15 Dec 2006 14:50 GMT | 37 |

| Down side of going to the Moon | 15 Dec 2006 10:38 GMT | 3 |
Not really a down side but I got your attention. It may be 15+ years in the future but bureaucracies do not change in so few years. So regardless of that might appear a better objective and even if the first short term stays on the moon turn out to be remarkably not worth a ...

Don't ask and perhaps I wont have to tell about the ongoing unofficial censorship of ET truth and nothing but the truth. As in WOW!, looks as though my lose cannon has struck yet another cold-war space-toilet that's chuck full of pay-dirt. I only wish that our resident warlord
