The SETI@Home FAQ is fantastic and informative, but... Can Anyone Answer These Questions Not Answered on the SETI@Home FAQ? A) What is the fastest computer known to run SETI@HOME now? (Could you tell by the work unit productivity?)

Whenever I start my computer, the Bionic software is open in my taskbar. I have to open up the software and close it each time to remove it. How can I prevent this from happening?

Boinic? Oops! Not a bad idea for name though. Anyone know how to keep Boinc Manager from opening in my taskbar when I start up my computer? I have to open the software and close it again every time I start up my computer in order to remove it from the taskbar

My apologies if this is OT. This pc has been running boinc manager and s @ h for quite some while. Recently a hdd died and I have just replaced it. Set up boinc / seti again and it is running but only showing 1 processor and only running 1 instance

I'm running BOINC as a service, but miss having a BOINC icon in the Limited User's taskbar. I like to take a peek at the stats and workload occasionally, but don't like having to log in an Administrator. Is there a way to do this?

I have the BOINC icon in my startup but cannot get it to run minimized on a reboot. I have the short set to "minimized" but BOINC opens maximized. Anyone know how, where of even if there is a setting so the BOINC will start on boot and run in the tray.

Now and then, Boinc Manager hangs up and can't connect to Local Host. I am assuming this has to do with Zone Alarm. It is random and I can see where the problem is. Any help or point to start looking would be helpful.
