I don't mean to be paranoid, but everyone & their mother is starting
to see the benefits of distro, and other distro systems are putting
bugware, spyware, etc into their code, and misusing peoples cancer
units for anthrax units, for example.

SetiQueue problem29 Oct 2003 08:45 GMT15
I've been running SetiQueue (latest version) for a couple of months
without any problem.  Over the past 24 hours, about 1/2 of my machines
are acting funny.  They were in the queue, but not working on legit
workunits.  In looking further, I find that their user-info.sah files

Just joined SetiGate@Earth. I became aware of SetiGate in the course
of my quest to run seti@home with my hard disk shut down. I have
succeeded in doing this using RAMDisk98/ME and SetiGate. You can find
an article about it at http://www.tommyatkinsonbooks.com/lgm.htm. Hope
FYI: Problem connecting to Seti@home28 Oct 2003 14:50 GMT1
I'm unable to connect to the Seti@home web server or to cricket.berkeley.edu
this morning, from near Chicago. Connections to the data server are OK.
A traceroute to the web server stop in Los Angeles
Probabily a result of the fires there.
