a al owens Cloth is made out of glass fibers. Some of the reasons that Apollo era suits are now faling apart is Cloth. It's primary useful property is non-flammablity thus it's a good high temperature

From what I read, Mars was once warmer. So much that liquid water could have been on the surface. My questions are, why did Mars cool down? Where did all that water go? Do we know these things or are they still unanswered questions?
