I recently posted a comment on the colonization of Venus in our own time. Basically, at an altitude of 55 km above the Venusian surface, you have a largely carbon-dioxide atmosphere at Earth normal pressure, and temperature. Since an oxygen nitrogen atmosphere at this pressure

A planetary probe should be able to fly in and sample Saturn's ring material and analysis it and/or return a sample to Earth. The relative velocity between the probe and ring material would be almost zero if the probe is in-plane near circular.

OK, so the Falcon 1 launch from Kwajalein with the Jumpstart mission and other payloads has been set back because the range has informed SpaceX its assets are needed for other launches. Elon Musk says, "Launch is no sooner than late July to early August,"
