I think this has been discussed before, but the famous onboard film of
an S-IVB pulling away is said to have been from Apollo 6.  It shows
the S-IVB having three ullage motors.  However, I thought that the
S-IB version had 3 ullage motors and the Saturn V version had only 2

"Strange Noises" heard in A11 downlink at 154;05:0024 Jul 2009 13:14 GMT2
...So, I'm listening to NASA's replaying of the A11 loop tapes, and
