Anyone read the Easterbrook article in this month's Wired?  I know
he's a long time NASA/Shuttle critic, so I didn't see anything
particlarly new in it.  He was also on NPR's Morning Edition today.
I was at the ISDC this past weekend, and the article was mentioned

This ought to energize the Hoaxlands and assorted Guthballs out
there: a series of what appears to be bottomless pits, or nearly
so.  Deep enough that scattered skylight can't illuminate the
bottoms and extremely steep walls; even on the highest resolution

Most spaced-out invention website I've seen for those of us with those
great scientific ideas. They have free late night phone support to
answer questions and promote saving your money and patenting yourself
for $100. They guide and monitor your progress and inform you on those

If "Voyager" was Launched some 30 Years ago or so - ?
Then which direction is it heading now? Up - Down, East, West, North, South?
Towards the Milky Way, or the Opposite or what?

I'm researching the links between Australian TV stations over the 1960s
and '70s, and a claim about the Apollo missions has intrigued me.
If the signals were picked up at Honeysuckle Creek/Parkes, then the
coaxial network could have been the carrier to the capital cities, and

One of the reasons Wally Schirra left NASA when he did was that Apollo 7 was likely to be
his first and last Apollo mission. ISTR reading about Pete Conrad after Apollo 12 trying to get
Apollo 20 before it was axed, and if he couldn't get it, he was fighting for Al Bean to command
