Is the NTRS server for NASA technical documents down? I haven't been
able to access it for a few days and don't remember seeing anything
about it being moved elsewhere or shut down.

We had something quite bright orbit over Jamestown, North Dakota* around
20 minutes (6:20 PM CDT) ago, but whatever it was wasn't on J-track 3D
or the other NASA satellite tracking pages. Track was due south to
