Looking for stories and footage of Apollo 11 Launch for History Channel show04 Aug 2006 00:25 GMT1
The History Channel series "Our Generation" will be near Cape Canaveral
on Thursday, August 17th and would love to interview Baby Boomers who
remember watching the first lunar landing and who may have been at the
rocket's launch as a child.

I've been watching some of the Spacecraft films videos of Apollo
missions, 7 through 15 so far.  
Got me thinking...
If the first moon landing was faked, why do more?  They could have

I distinctly recall the day Columbia first flew.
Actually I remember the day it didn't fly also.
But the day it flew I stayed home from school until it made orbit.
After that I finally went to school.  My teacher only asked one question,

Who else thinks this name sucks?  Artemis would have been more
appropriate, as the sister to Apollo.  Especially since Orion already
has a completely different connotation in space history.

Okay...."liquid hydrogen and kerosene"....either something is very wrong
here or somebody's bought that Russian dual fuel rocket engine technology.

three, stages, be a Swedish/German project, and be shooting a giant
