As god of all NASA PDFs, do you happen to know of any that detail what
kind of simulations were run for Apollo 10?  Specifically, were there
any contingencies for what to do if the ascent stage of the LM failed

I heard a voice shout, "A parachute is coming down."
After I noticed the flash, white clouds spread over the blue sky...
a.blue flash from the window...
it was not really a big flash...

Back when I was a BIS member, in the late-80s to late-90s, Spaceflight
had a series of articles on the development of the R-7.  Can anyone
tell me what issues the articles were in?  I was hoping BIS would have
an index online, but they sell a CD index instead.
