They tanked up Discovery yesterday, but had to scrub the launch and
de-fueled it.
Today they are tanking it up again, although they say that there is only
about a 30% chance that the weather will cooperate.

My good buddy Mel S has alerted me to the advent
of much higher-res images of Russian space sites
on Google Earth -- I estimate better than 2-meters,

If Apollo 1 had been successful, what was the goal of the mission? You
