| PING! Rusty - looking for a specific PDF for Aurora 7 | 03 Jan 2006 20:06 GMT | 52 |
...Rustoleum, I've got a task for you: can you see if you can find any PDFs detailing the telemetry readings from Aurora 7? Specifically, what I'm looking for is anything that might show a graph of O2 levels during the flight as compared to any other atmospheric readings.

| Interesting factoid on Wikipedia's entry for "Silly Putty" | 02 Jan 2006 16:56 GMT | 3 |
...While doing the Wikilink for OMBlog today, I came across a rather intersting factoid in the Wiki entry for "Silly Putty". Apparently it was used on the Apollo 8 mission. The question, natch, is whether this is true, and what the hell did they use it for?

What's the best book out there about the space race and such? I would like to read something that focuses on NASA, rockets, and getting to the moon. Or better yet, all that and nuclear bombs too. Thanks!
