Missile Intercept at Saryshagan24 Jan 2005 01:25 GMT2
There are interesting maps and Corona photos of the arrangements of the
first (1961) Soviet ballistic missile intercept at Saryshagan in
Gruntman's "Blazing the Trail." Are there any accounts published with
technical details and photos?  Vik

_bad_, as such, but it wandered.

I've added info on a strange little Lockheed project from '67 that
combiend a flluorine/hydrogen three-stage truck-launched space booster
with an inflatable spacecraft. Enjoy.
It's in the "Spacecraft" section, unsurprisingly.

NExt probes to Jupiter, Saturn, and beyond20 Jan 2005 09:41 GMT15
Are there future probes to Jupiter, Saturn, and the other outer
planets in the works?  It takes so long to get to those planets, that
you can't wait for the results of one flight to start on the next.
