| Moon's Path? | 08 Jun 2006 02:22 GMT | 5 |
This moon cycle is very odd? New moon appeared way to north and progressed to south. Now it is heading towards the East. I have seen it rise in ENE and get a little higher each night. I am not so familiar with all the moon movements so this may be normal. Any comments?

| Adding a Dimension (Tricky) | 07 Jun 2006 20:24 GMT | 59 |
OK we know Einstien's GR is a four-dimensional theory. Time could not be separated from space. They interact with one another. This I always found interesting about this guy Kalusa he gave this to us. "What if" you formulated GR in five dimensions? So he did the math and here is

| DOOM AND GLOOM FOREVER! | 07 Jun 2006 16:40 GMT | 63 |
No comet chunks have hit the Earth since yesterday. No tsunamis have occurred either. All you wacko DOOM AND GLOOMERS, saucerfreaks and nutjobs have miserably failed in yet another prediction! Eric Julien's prediction (as I stated over and over!) did NOT happen! The

In an effort to resurrect this apparently moribund group, I would like to redirect your attention to the following posts: 1. "Are there binary globular clusters" - April 1 2. "Discrete Self-similarity" - March 27.

| Source of dirt on the moon? (bootprint...) | 07 Jun 2006 08:00 GMT | 9 |
This has bothered me since 6th grade science class, when we covered weathering and soil formation. I thought of that bootprint. After class I asked the teacher if the moon had an any atmosphere at all. (It was a leading question.) He of course said no. I asked him where the dirt on

| Center of the Universe | 07 Jun 2006 03:40 GMT | 183 |
Question: Do scientists know where the center of the universe is? I know you can say there is no center since the universe is always expanding, but galaxies and stars and hurtling away from each other, correct? Can't scientists just reverse the path that galaxies and stars ...
