Does anyone who posts here have, or has seen one of the Dobs made by
David Lukehurst?  I am looking to recommission a Newtonian mirror set
and researching UK-based telescope builders.  David Lukehurst is on my

I am observing jupiter for the first time, and it is by far my favotite
object right now! All I have is a dinky 60 mil refractor, but I can clearly
see the major bands. No red spot, but I've read I need a better scope to see
