I have been looking to buy an 8 inch SCT from Meade. I do not see the difference between an LX90 and LX200 series except cost. Anyone know of the significant difference? thanks, glenn

I've just taken delivery of a LX90, I'd like to power it from the mains rather than fork out on batteries. The 12v mains lead is selling for around £35 at most places I've looked, surely theres a cheaper solution?
