| FINALLY! VANGUARD I ! | 28 Aug 2008 19:49 GMT | 29 |
I've been trying to catch sight of this little chunk of history ever since I found out it was still up there... My quest led me to scavenger hunt for everything still in orbit from the 1950's, and resulted in a number of rather dry posts in this group. My earliest attempt I can

| a really dumb question about binoculars | 24 Aug 2008 15:13 GMT | 5 |
I just bought a pair of Nikon 8x42 ATB Monarch which is sold as waterproof and fog-proof. I live in Florida where the humidity can be amazing and when I exit my car or house, the binos being cooler they do fog up badly but, as far as I can tell, only on the outside.
