When did you realize Columbia was gone?

If NASA had kept making the Satrun and Apollo instead of the space shuttle,
could it have prevented the Chanllenger
and Columbia disasters?

Well, perhaps it could of, but it would of precipitated the Apollo 21
crash and the Apollo 30 disaster.

Typical. I suppose the S-1C from Apollo 26 that landed on top of that
Liberian registered oil tanker causing the massive oil slick around the
Azores doesn't count?
