perhaps a poster here has seen something like it, or worked on
something similiar. or heard of a black op program like this:)

might be electrostatic propulsion see all those pin like protrusions

That wouldn't be surprising, despite the obviously

i posted it, after all there are reports of a military mini shuttle
launched off the back of a large plane..........

the thing looks interesting........

if its a hoax its a decent interesting one
