Can BFS perform a fast sep?

If the crew engages BFS on ascent, can they still perform a fast sep?  My
memory tells me yes, but I haven't trained this phase of flight for over a
decade.

I found the awnser.  According to the flight rules, only in OPS 102 (still
on the SRBs).
