This is a view of a Shuttle launch I don't recall ever seeing before.

It looks to be due south and about the same elevation as the pad,
which is higher than its surroundings. Where the heck was this photo
taken?

DLTR-3/Crawlerway - where the crawlerway splits off to pad B. A
NASA-Select TV camera is also positioned there. The photo was taken
with a telephoto lens.
