One of the follow on comments sounds like WH should have understood the
main gear situation, but to say "why" in a clear, succinct way would be
a good skill for those team members....

Are Michoud and Marshall back to full staff on the program management
level?  When do they expect to be back to full staff on the floor?

Are the avionics that get "tested three times" in the intertank?  How
accessible would they be after mating?
