Keith Cowing of www.nasawatch.com certainly believes it isnt, and I
see no reason not to agree with him.
10 flights *per orbiter* I could buy. That would make the magic 30
flights that folks are talking about.
10 flights per orbiter I could also buy as a new deadline instead
of 2010. (Note, I'm not suggesting this is the case, but that I can see
an argument for it)
10 flights period, I just can't buy. Even at a low flight rate of 3
a year, then thats only 3 and a bit years from RTF. That would be
probably be around late 2008 with the current RTF date.

AIUI Any module designed for the (relativly) low G Shuttle environment
cant go any other way, since other launch vehicles experience far higher
G forces.

Ill be charitable and assume you meant mass rather than mess. Not
carrying 'down mass' wont reduce the required number of Shuttle flights.
