Judging from the exterior picture, this wouldn't be an orbital version.
It's got a huge "air data probe" looking thing sticking directly out of the
nose.  The wings are clearly missing in the photograph.

The picture from inside the cockpit shows that many gauges are missing.
Inside looks in poor shape.  It looks like there may be engine throttles on
the center console, which may further indicate that this model was one
equipped with (two) jet engines and was used for test flights.

A translation of the page to English seems to confirm some of these
suspicions, but the author clearly does not know exactly which shuttle this
is.

It looks to be the OK-GLI 'analouge' Buran. Take a good look at the photos
at "www.astronautix.com/craft.burlogue.htm", and also in particular
"www.astronautix.com/graphics/a/aerobura.jpg" (the angle here is nearly
identical to the German photo's). Pay close attention to the simulated TPS
pattern on the nose in the photographs, as well as the piot boom extending
out from the nosecap. They appear to be one in the same vehicle.
Interesting in that the the OK-GLI's wings have been removed, possibly for
easier transport.

Looks like the ole BTS-0002 "analog Buran" (jet powered equiv to
Enterprise). The one a firm brought out to Australia in 2000, last I
heard it was being shipped to parts unknown via Singapore..guess we know
where it ended up now.
