I think you  missunderstand. The main NEWS group as apposed to this group?

ie, sci.space.news?

I'll say it again in English:  The name of the group you are posting
to should make it abundantly clear why their is no news about Soyuz.

(hint:  The name of the group is sci.space.SHUTTLE)

Hint:  he has looked in s.s.news (*moderated*) for postings; finding
none he asks in s.s.shuttle (*unmoderated*) if anyone knows why there
weren't any.

Hint: there wouldn't be any reason to find any in s.s.shuttle; seeing as
there is no s.s.soyuz, the next logical candidate would have been
s.s.station, which is where the Soyuz was headed.
