hi all,

I've been able to find the conversion between 2mass photometry and
johnson/TCS colors on the IPAC 2mass website.
Can someone point me in the right direction?

Thanks,
John,

P.S. what does TCS stand for?

Got me!  Where does it occur?

That's a good clue.  TCS apparently stands for Telescopio Carlos
Sanchez, a 1.5-m in Tenerife.  Transformation equations to the
Johnson system are given by Alonso, A., Arribas, S., \&
Martinez-Roger, C.\ 1998, \aaps, 131, 209.
