Just got a gift from my neighbor and its a 1 million candle power (flash
light?) Its made by     "Fixit Tools"  Kind of fits for I fixed his car.
However can this light be equivalent to over 1 million candle power? He
knows I love photons     I don't like companies that lie.  Charging it
up as I type   Bert

I think that a million candle power is enough to ignite just about any
vegetable matter you may find.

Maybe the candles were very small.

Double-A,and Mark   Like I say big companies lie a lot. They post that
million candle power on both sides.  Fix it tools should be called on
this.   Just tried it it is very bright, and gives a nice beam.   Bert

Candlepower isn't used much anymore. It isn't the international unit
nowadays.  Lumens is.  Maybe they think that gives them poetic license.

It's like the horsepower of cars.  My grandfather was old enough to
have worked with horses as well as cars.  He used to say, "They should
say, 'pony power'."

Double-A  It will make a nice light this hurricane season. As a kid I
was very scared of the dark.   This would have helped a lot.   Bert
