Not as many as in 2005,but #5 will be more common. More tornadoes inside
these #5  Allstate and State Farm will give up selling home ins. Not
paying the amount of damage will create bad publicity. Homes damaged
right on my street and repaired are not safe to live in Odor of mold &
mildew can make you very sick.     Homes in Iowa that were mostly under
water should be bulldozed and a new house built on the lot. If restored
to save money it would be a waste of money.   I've been in construction
all my life, I know what I say is true    Bert

Cactus Saul  Built a few houses In Ca I built room additions.  I have
done every thing in construction. Water inside walls  attics and even
cellars never fully dry out.  Mold can get into your lungs breathing it
in night and day. children and old people die first.  Cruise ships at
sea have had to go back to port because they had mold&mildew in their
heating ducts.      1,000 people had to go to hospitals    My company
M&M has saved many lives   Bert

How many cruise ships did you work on, BEERTbrain?  lmao!

Cactus saul  Missed the boat on M & M taking care of cruise ships, but
its never to late. Micky Mouse called me to give a bid on doing their
parks, but again I missed the boat. Did hundreds of homes, and no
complaints.  M & M is still license and right now I'm franchising.

Cactus Saul  Some houses but mostly room additions. Was a tin man
Roofer, and manufactured windows.  Yesterday I franchised out another M &
M  package.  So the old fart is not dead yet. Franchising is the way for
me to go with my company   Bert

At least I don't have to worry about hurricanes!

I'm next door to the laundry room where there's water on the floor
24 / 7 / 365 .. not only does the basement always smell like mold,
you have to be careful to not drop your dry clothes on the wet floor.

One of the reasons my carpetless room is the cheapest in the house
is because it sometimes get flooded.
G=EMC^2 Glazier - 11 Jul 2008 15:11 GMT
Jeff  MOVE mold and mildew kills. If you can smell it that means it will
kill.   Bert

Mold is almost everywhere, where there is man-made architecture.
G=EMC^2 Glazier - 12 Jul 2008 14:23 GMT
Twitty  Mold is every where in Florida. My company M&M fights mold and
mildew.  In NYC the very cold winters keeps mold down. When your lungs
get mold in them you are in big doo doo.  NYC air-ducts get mold in
them.      If I was younger I would make a fortune of money just doing
the Empire State building ,or M&M just working for Met Life    Bert

We have Rocky the Arizona Mold Dog here, BEERTbrain!

You can hire him.  He's a beagle.

Cactus saul right you are an old fart is as bad as a whiff of mold&
mildew.  You are getting smarter Saul reading my posts  It figures  Bert
Jeff▲Relf - 11 Jul 2008 21:26 GMT
I smell the mold in the hall, but not in my room.
With my big fan and all, I think my air is coming from outside,
not the hall.  Besides, I doubt mold is all that lethal.

Seattle is fairly cool, especially my basement.
I never feel the need for air conditioning or heat .. it's that mild.
G=EMC^2 Glazier - 12 Jul 2008 14:28 GMT
Jeff Please keep that fan going. Breathing in air with mold in it is
hazardous, and our lungs being so huge and efficient means they can do
good for a long time. Even with 30 years of smoking.  Still time takes
its toll  Bert
Saul Levy - 12 Jul 2008 17:01 GMT
I don't think even mold will make Jeff's posts any better, BEERTbrain!
lmao!

Bert, mold and mildew are everywhere arond here in nature.  It is why
the rocks turn dark after being exposed above ground for a while.  It
is the reason your sidewalk turns dark after many years.  People are
terribly afraid of it in their homes nowadays, but it is also really
everywhere outdoors.  But that is is probalby why my nose is stuffy
all the time!

Double-A  M & M kills mold and mildew,and my final spray(my invention)
keeps it from coming back where I spray for 7 years or more. My company
does it right.  If you want me to get you a license in Portland and give
you M & M and my know how. I will do this for you (no charge and I;'ll
pay for rthe license   Sincerely  Bert

I started smoking in 1993, age 33, 15 years ago.
Smoking is living life, enjoying it.

Anything short of hibernation will shorten your life ..
and even that could kill you.

My new activity of walking 8 miles a day should lengthen my life.
Only my feet kill me.

No pain, no gain!

P.S.  Don't need tobacco.  I inhale enough carcinogens with the city
smog!
Saul Levy - 11 Jul 2008 17:25 GMT
Mold is everywhere, Jeff!

I buy bread and it gets moldy before I even open it!

Keeping it in the freezer solves that problem.
