G=EMC^2 Glazier - 12 Jun 2008 18:13 GMT In Kansas homes must have cellars Here in Florida as in most of America homes are built upon slabs. My barrel boat in my back yard could be used by Rudy and I if a tornado passes by. Lots of good physics gives the reASON WHY Bert
G=EMC^2 Glazier - 13 Jun 2008 14:40 GMT I hope to sail over the Niagara Falls in my barrel boat, and hope to survive. That is why barrels have been used for going over the falls. That is why a big barrel is good to be in if a tornado is close. Best to pad it with some pillows. Bert

Double-A
G=EMC^2 Glazier - 13 Jun 2008 21:34 GMT Double-A Right you are. Come to Florida and sell bunkers. I know how to make them out of cement block Bert
G=EMC^2 Glazier - 14 Jun 2008 17:46 GMT I also know how to make a family size "air-bag" Bert
G=EMC^2 Glazier - 17 Jun 2008 14:10 GMT Pyramid is the best shape for shelter. Inner walls padded. No windows, and every trailer park should have them spread out. Large sliding doors on all three sides. Bert
Double-A - 17 Jun 2008 22:07 GMT > Pyramid is the best shape for shelter. Inner walls padded. No > windows, and every trailer park should have them spread out. Large > sliding doors on all three sides. Bert Yes, pyrimids would be great for Florida. All the weight is at the bottom so they cannot topple. I'll bet they stay cool inside too! Might have trouble finding the slaves to drag the huge stone blocks into place though, as modern heavy equipment is inadequate to the task.

G=EMC^2 Glazier - 18 Jun 2008 15:12 GMT Double-A Florida has a big Jewish population and building pyramids is in their id Maybe Cactus Saul could come down to help. They don't have to be to big. Just strong and heavy. The shape makes it hard to pick them up Bert
Saul Levy - 24 Jun 2008 21:48 GMT I used to live in a trailer part, BEERTbrain! lmao!
There were no pyramidal structures there.
Arizona gets very few tornadoes.
I guess that all fits together very well!
Saul Levy
>Pyramid is the best shape for shelter. Inner walls padded. No >windows, and every trailer park should have them spread out. Large >sliding doors on all three sides. Bert G=EMC^2 Glazier - 25 Jun 2008 14:34 GMT Cactus saul Arizona has light air,so no tornadoes fits with my heavy air theory. I think you are getting 107F in Tucson(hot Earth). Saul where your Stetson cowboy hat. Drink plenty of Bud lights, and wear your pink sandals when walking on that hot desert sand. Best to keep in mind my scenario of David and Goliath had his pink sandals playing a big part in David hitting the giant between the eyes. Bert
oldcoot - 25 Jun 2008 16:08 GMT > Arizona has light air, so no tornadoes.. Dunno what you mean by "light air" Bert. But tornados do occur in Arizona, though rarely. I know because one wrecked a trailer park where i had installed a 50 foot tall deep-fringe TV antenna for a customer. The mast was securely guy-wired and was still standing unscathed after the tornado. Little burg called Globe, up in the copper mining district east of Phoenix, about 1962.
G=EMC^2 Glazier - 25 Jun 2008 18:24 GMT oc You were working in 1962 Hmmm you are old like me. Light air oc means it has little moisture in it. Low humidity, and very clear night skies I lived in Arizona for a year and know that is reality Like wise Florida has the heaviest air, great humidity. Heavy air and motion create tornadoes. Possible motion(Jet stream) is the real villain. As I'm tying its hail and rain with thunder in the back ground Rudy is under the pool table and I;m on my way. Just made enough boiler makers to ride out this storm Bert
G=EMC^2 Glazier - 29 Jun 2008 14:09 GMT These 3 states I predict will be hit the hardest this Summer. Schools should have window shutters. Parks should have my pyramid tornado shelters. We must protect the children It is the year of the tornadoes Bert
Hagar - 30 Jun 2008 15:01 GMT > These 3 states I predict will be hit the hardest this Summer. Schools > should have window shutters. Parks should have my pyramid tornado > shelters. We must protect the children It is the year of the tornadoes > Bert Seems like every year is the year of the tornadoes, or cyclones, or hurricanes, the floods, the forest fires, etc..
G=EMC^2 Glazier - 30 Jun 2008 18:12 GMT Hagar what you posted gave me my Heavy air theory. It is not just raining in these great Florida storms but with it very big hail. Hail is heavy and can do 100,000,000 dollar damage just to cars and house roofs. I'm sure AllState has protected itself from hail Bert
Saul Levy - 01 Jul 2008 20:11 GMT Aw, Hagar, you forgot:
DEATH FROM ABOVE IN MARCH!
And April!
And May!
And June!
How about July?
Or 2009?
Or 2011?
Or 2012?

I set up business in those states as well as your home state. Bert
Saul Levy - 04 Jul 2008 19:42 GMT I never heard of you in Arizona, BEERTbrain! lmao!
Must have been a BIG SECRET!
My home state is Pennsylvania.
Saul Levy

You drink too much.

Go figure Bert
Saul Levy - 02 Jul 2008 07:08 GMT I don't remember what I wrote, BEERTbrain! lmao!
Saul Levy

You claimed we would have a tornado this year. Still waiting for it!
Yes, it's been hot here. Will have to see exactly how hot this summer will be. Still too early.
I never drink beer!
Pink sandals are for liberals!

Bert G=EMC^2 Glazier - 29 Jun 2008 22:33 GMT Cactus Saul It was 106 in Tucson and that is Hotter than Florida. Your right pink sandals are for girls. The cowboys that like to make love to boys might like green. Bert
Saul Levy - 02 Jul 2008 07:07 GMT It was 106 again today, BEERTbrain. lmao! 106 is predicted for tomorrow too.
The usual majority at the bar I go to is women. Not a pink sandal in sight.
Saul Levy
>Cactus Saul It was 106 in Tucson and that is Hotter than Florida. Your >right pink sandals are for girls. The cowboys that like to make love to >boys might like green. Bert G=EMC^2 Glazier - 02 Jul 2008 14:39 GMT Cactus Saul Woman do wear pink sandals. Don't forget to wear your cute black Stetson, and Arizona girls are easy to pickup Just say "HOWDY" and do ya or don't ya. Most 'do" but don't be cheap buy the girl a pizza first with two toppings Bert
Saul Levy - 04 Jul 2008 19:44 GMT Not at the bar they don't, BEERTbrain! lmao!
I don't own a hat. Someday...
I can get dances, but no pickups yet.
The bar doesn't serve pizza. Can I substitute nachos?
Saul Levy
>Cactus Saul Woman do wear pink sandals. Don't forget to wear your cute >black Stetson, and Arizona girls are easy to pickup Just say >"HOWDY" and do ya or don't ya. Most 'do" but don't be cheap buy >the girl a pizza first with two toppings Bert G=EMC^2 Glazier - 04 Jul 2008 20:32 GMT Cactus saul Nacho girls vare easy. Best to have them eat nachos at the bar,for they make a mess in your car. Never make love in the back seat. If the nacho girls tells you have been nice but she has a head ache, dump her at the next red light. That sounds cruel, but it saves a lot of time. I might write a book on "Making out on the first night" Its badly needed and would be a best seller Bert
G=EMC^2 Glazier - 02 Jul 2008 14:30 GMT Cactus Saul That is trailer park(not part) go figure Very hard for me picturing a Jew living in a trailer park. Was the park close to Beverly Hills? Bert
Saul Levy - 04 Jul 2008 19:40 GMT Nope, in Tucson. I moved there to get closer to Nogales. I was working down there every week and saved 8 miles of driving.
I lived in that park longer than just about anyone else had.
Saul Levy

Bert Double-A - 14 Jun 2008 20:09 GMT > Double-A Right you are. Come to Florida and sell bunkers.
