Since such a thing has nothing to do with star formation then
certainly not. Stars in the current era, form from molecular clouds,
which are very much visible (at infrared wavelengths or visible if
they are energized by ultra violet radiation from the more massive
type of stars). The process takes too long to directly observe on
normal human time scale. You do it on a connect the dots basis. In
fact that is all a video is. A collection of still pictures run in
sequence fast enough to give the appearance on motion. There is
copious evidence for every stage from the commencement of collapse
through to the stars entering the main sequence and burning away the
remnant of the nebular from which they are formed. Here are some
summaries to get you started on the subject:

No, viedio recording devices have not been around for that long a time, and
the youngest star we know of is still at lest 1,000 years old and it took
it's light to reach the earth 1,500 years too. But we already know how our
own star formed along with the planets too, so now we are just doing the
research that'll answer the questions about the sun that anyone has.

There are those who believe that life here, began out there, far across the
universe, with tribes of humans, who may have been the forefathers of the
Egyptians, or the Toltecs, or the Mayans. Some believe that they may yet be
brothers of man, who even now fight to survive, somewhere beyond the
heavens.
