I had a search for peculiar redshifts of galaxy filaments. There was
no luck in finding peculars.
However I did land on this website of a Filament that was very odd
back in 2004. Now whether
that filament managed to make it into Jarrett's Caltech mapping of all
the galaxies, I am not sure.
I tried looking for a name of this galactic filament but could find
none.

I do have an answer to Francis's question. The Universe is a Plutonium
Atom Totality
where the night sky is one of the lobes of the 5f6 where the dots of
the electron dot cloud
are galaxies. Those dots are arranged as a Interference Fringe Pattern
of a Double Slit
Experiment and thus filaments or strings of galaxies occur in
"constructive interference"
and voids occur in "cancelling interference".

Galaxies are formed not through some Big Bang framework but galaxies
and stars and planets
are formed via Dirac Radioactivities such as cosmic rays or cosmic
gamma rays. So the
Universe is built up gradually and daily by new matter and mass shot
from the Nucleus of the
Atom Totality. Dirac gives a very good explanation in his book
Directions in Physics.

So yes, Francis is correct when he says astronomers and physicists
have to go back to the
drawing board when they use a false theory of the Big Bang. But when
they use a correct theory
of the Atom Totality, we expect string and filament galactic
structures. We expect quantization
of redshift and quantization of galaxy positions and speeds.

P.S. So, was Francis's filament included in the Jarrett's Caltech's
mapping?
