NASA wants public comments on Pluto-Kuiper belt mission

April 11, actually. For comments on the environmental report.

My comment is: Instead of wasting money writing the report, the NASA
staff involved should promise not to drive on launch day.

Now the crank enviroNUTS will be all over them over the plutonium
needed for power way out there.  I vote they change the mission.
Make the craft suitable for carrying one person (one way of course)
and utilize all known technology to extract the energy needed to
power the craft from the person's body.  Then put an environmentalist
on board.  We have several in Canada I'd like to send.
